U.S. Army Awards General Dynamics $32 Million for Logistics Support Services

FAIRFAX, Va. – General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army to provide information technology (IT) engineering and professional services within the 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s (1st TSC) area of responsibility. The contract has a total potential value of $32.5 million over five years if all options are exercised.

General Dynamics to Produce Advanced Chemical Detection Systems for U.S. Army Ground Vehicles

CHARLOTTE, NC – The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, has awarded General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products approximately $15.7 million for the first year’s production on a six-year contract for Joint Service Lightweight Standoff Chemical Agent Detector (JSLSCAD) systems and spare parts. The first phase of this contract is expected to be completed in June 2010. General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products is a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD).
