U.S. Army Awards General Dynamics $32 Million for Logistics
Support Services
FAIRFAX, Va. – General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of
General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army to
provide information technology (IT) engineering and professional services within
the 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s (1st TSC) area of responsibility. The
contract has a total potential value of $32.5 million over five years if all
options are exercised. |

General Dynamics to Produce Advanced Chemical Detection
Systems for U.S. Army Ground Vehicles CHARLOTTE, NC – The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, has awarded General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products approximately $15.7 million for the first year’s production on a six-year contract for Joint Service Lightweight Standoff Chemical Agent Detector (JSLSCAD) systems and spare parts.
